Locum appeal for Kelbrook & Sough Parish Council
We're a relatively small council with under 1000 residents and a precept of £15k.
We urgently need a Clerk and RFO, a locum would be good and if they were interested in a permanent position that would be even better.
We need around 5 hours per week for governance, audit and finance, plus the standard minute taking etc.
