Parish Clerk Vacancy

 

Kirkland Parish Council seeks a Clerk (and Responsible Financial Officer).  The post is part-time average 4 hours a week worked flexibily.

The role is to carry out all statutory functions of the Parish Council including all administrative, correspondence and financial functions.  IT skills are essential. 

Kirkland Parish Council meets six times a year.  The post would be suitable for either an existing Clerk seeking more hours or someone with the necessary skills with an interest in the work of parish councils.  Training will be available.  Salary is in accordance with the national recommended scale.
