S137 resource limit raised

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has informed of the 2026/2027 increase in Section 137 (S137) expenditure limits for parish and town councils in England. The 2026/2027 limit is £11.60 per elector, up from £11.10 in 2025/2026
