Congratulations
Congratulations to Downholland Parish Council on attaining Quality Status.
Annual General Meeting and Conference
The AGM will be held on Saturday 10th November at County Hall. (Lancashire County Council will hold their Parish and Town Council conference on the same date).

The LALC Conference will take place at the Leyland Hotel on Saturday 22nd September. John Findlay OBE, Chief Executive of NALC will attend to update on national matters. Certificate in Local Council Administration
There are 35 Clerks in Lancashire and Merseyside who have achieved qualification. There are several clerks currently preparing their portfolios. The next training course will be arranged to start in September/October.
